On this page

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of bestfuturesprop.com (the “Website”), together with all content, comparisons, reviews, data and features made available on it. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how personal information is handled.

Please read them before you use the Website. If you do not agree to them, you must not use the Website.

01Acceptance of these terms

These terms describe the permitted use of BestFuturesProp and the responsibilities of its operator, identified in section 02. Please read them before using the Website. Do not use the Website for activities prohibited by applicable law.

The Website is free to browse. Eligibility to purchase a prop firm evaluation is determined separately by that provider and by the law that applies to you.

These terms do not replace any consent choice required for optional cookies or personal data processing, and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

02Who we are

The Website is operated by legal operator name, business address, country and registration details where applicable: to be confirmed before publication.

The contact address currently shown on this page is support@bestfuturesprop.com.

Contact pending confirmation: this address and the Privacy Policy now agree on support@bestfuturesprop.com. Confirm the mailbox exists and is monitored before publication.

03What this website is, and is not

BestFuturesProp is an independent editorial resource about futures proprietary trading firms. We read what each firm publishes about its own programs, including prices, account sizes, drawdown rules, consistency rules, payout conditions and fees, and set those figures out in one place so that they can be compared line by line.

The Website offers a comparison of the futures prop firms we cover, written reviews of individual firms, a listing of the discounts and coupon codes those firms publish, and general explanatory material about how evaluations work.

What we are not

We are not a proprietary trading firm, a broker, a dealer, an exchange, an introducing broker or any kind of financial institution, and this Website does not provide those services. We do not hold client money; we do not open, fund, sell or administer trading accounts; we do not execute, route or copy trades; we do not supply trading platforms or market data; and we do not act as agent for any firm listed on the Website.

Any contract you enter into with a prop firm is between you and that firm. We are not a party to it, we have no visibility of your account with that firm, and we have no power to approve, refuse, pay or reverse anything on it.

04No financial advice

Nothing on the Website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation or an offer to buy or sell anything. A comparison or the order in which firms appear does not establish that an account is suitable for your circumstances.

Trading futures involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. A prop firm evaluation is a paid program with rules attached: passing one is not a guarantee of funding, of a payout, or of income. You are responsible for your own decisions, and you should take independent professional advice before committing money.

05How we select and review firms

BestFuturesProp presents comparisons of selected futures prop firms. Coverage is not a complete survey of every provider, and inclusion should not be treated as a guarantee of quality or suitability.

Published prices and rules should be checked against the sources linked in the relevant review. A review date describes when information was checked, rather than guaranteeing that it remains current. If a source is unclear, consult the provider before making a purchase.

To report a possible error, include the page address, the statement concerned and a link to the provider’s current information.

Before publication: confirm the editorial selection process, update schedule and any paid placement arrangements.

06Accuracy of the information

Everything on the Website is published for general information only and on an “as is” basis. We take care over it, but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, current or free of error, and we accept no obligation to update any page at any particular time.

Prices, account sizes, drawdown rules, consistency rules, payout thresholds, fees, platform charges and promotional codes change frequently, often without notice, and a firm may apply different terms in different countries or to different programs. Always confirm the current terms on the firm’s own website, and read that firm’s own contractual documents, before you pay for anything. The terms presented and agreed with the provider at purchase determine your contract, subject to applicable law.

08Third-party websites and offers

The Website links to websites we do not own or control. Those links are provided for convenience and reference. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, pricing or practices of any third-party website, and a link is not an endorsement of it.

Your dealings with a prop firm, the purchase, the payment, the evaluation, the funded stage, a reset, a payout, a refund, a breach, a suspension or a dispute, are solely between you and that firm, under that firm’s terms. We do not mediate, arbitrate or intervene in payout disputes and we have no authority to do so. Complaints must be taken to the firm’s own support channel and, where appropriate, to the competent authority or to your payment provider.

09Permitted use of the website

You may access the Website and view, download or print reasonable extracts for personal use. This permission is not exclusive and cannot be transferred to another person. The licence lasts only as long as you comply with these Terms and Conditions.

You may quote a short extract elsewhere provided you credit BestFuturesProp and include a working link to the page you are quoting. Other uses require permission unless applicable law permits them without it.

10Prohibited activities

You must not:

  • use the Website for an unlawful purpose, or in breach of any law or regulation that applies to you;
  • copy, scrape, harvest, mirror, republish, resell or systematically extract its content or its underlying data, by automated means or otherwise, or use it to train or evaluate a machine learning model, without our prior written permission;
  • frame the Website, present its content as your own, or remove or obscure any notice of ownership or any disclosure;
  • interfere with the Website or with the servers and networks that serve it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing for vulnerabilities, introducing malicious code, or placing an unreasonable load on it;
  • manipulate affiliate links, coupon codes or tracking parameters, or attempt to obtain commission, credit or a discount to which you are not entitled;
  • impersonate us, or state or imply that we endorse you, your firm or your product; or
  • misuse our contact address, including by sending bulk unsolicited commercial messages to it.

We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe that any of the above is happening.

11Intellectual property

The Website and its contents, the text, reviews, comparisons, compiled data, structure, design, graphics, brand and code, are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, database and trade mark law. The selection, verification and arrangement of the published figures is our own work, even where the underlying figures are published by third parties.

The names, trade marks and logos of the firms we cover remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the Website for identification only. Their presence implies no partnership, sponsorship or endorsement beyond what is disclosed in section 07.

Accessing the Website transfers no ownership right to you. We reserve every right not expressly granted in section 09.

12Newsletter and communications

If you contact us, your message and reply address may be used to respond to your enquiry, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please avoid sending passwords, identification documents or payment card details.

If a newsletter is introduced, its signup form must explain what messages you will receive and how to unsubscribe. This draft does not confirm that a newsletter service is currently available.

13Privacy and analytics

Our Privacy Policy describes information involved in using the Website, browser storage, external services and privacy choices. That notice is currently a draft pending confirmation of the operator and actual data practices.

The inspected site code uses session storage for a promotional message preference and loads an external font. This does not establish that analytics or advertising tools are enabled on the published website.

Where optional tools require consent, a separate choice must be provided. Reading or accepting these terms does not itself provide that consent.

14Disclaimer of warranties

The Website provides general information about prop firm products and rules. Information can become outdated, links can stop working, and access may be interrupted by maintenance or technical problems.

We do not promise a particular trading result, successful evaluation or payout. Confirm the terms of any purchase directly with the provider before paying.

Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty, duty or protection that applicable law does not allow the operator to exclude.

15Limitation of liability

The operator’s responsibility for loss connected with the Website is determined by applicable law. No fixed monetary cap is asserted in this draft.

A prop firm is responsible for its own products, account decisions and contractual obligations. This distinction does not exclude any responsibility the Website operator may have for its own conduct.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or removes mandatory consumer remedies.

Before publication: review any proposed exclusions or limits against the operator’s jurisdiction and the users to whom the Website is offered.

16Responsibility for misuse

You are responsible for using the Website lawfully and respecting the rights of others. Any claim arising from misuse must be assessed under applicable law.

This draft does not impose a general obligation to reimburse the operator for every claim, cost or loss associated with your use of the Website.

17Suspension of access

We may change, suspend, restrict or withdraw the Website, or any part of it, at any time and without notice, and we may block access where we reasonably believe these Terms and Conditions have been breached. We are not obliged to keep any page, figure or comparison available.

Sections that by their nature should outlast your use of the Website, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, responsibility for misuse, and governing law, continue to apply afterwards.

18Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Website or its operation. The date on this page identifies the latest revision; an effective date must be stated when the final terms are published.

Where applicable law requires notice or agreement to a material change, that process must be followed. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen.

19Governing law and general terms

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of the Website, are governed by the law of governing jurisdiction and competent courts, to be completed before publication, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. This does not deprive you of any mandatory protection you enjoy as a consumer under the law of the country in which you live.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the rest continues in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. The Privacy Policy is a separate notice about data practices. Any transfer of the operator’s rights or responsibilities remains subject to applicable law and must not reduce your mandatory protections.

20Contact

For anything to do with these Terms and Conditions, with a figure published on the Website, or with a firm you would like us to cover, use the contact address once confirmed: support@bestfuturesprop.com. Please include the link to the page concerned and a short description of your request, so that it reaches the right person.

For a trading account, a payment, an evaluation or a payout, contact the prop firm directly through its own official support channel. We have no access to your account with them and cannot act on it.
